Project SPIRIT offer you a short training from the World Health Organization called Problem Management Plus (PM+). This training will help you reduce emotional stress, sleep better and boost your confidence in daily life in Switzerland.
How does it work?
- 4 simple strategies to manage stress
- 5 one-to-one sessions (90 minutes each)
- In your first language
- A helper with a similar background
Who can participate? Refugees, at least 16 years old, residing in the cantons Basel-Stadt, Baselland, Bern, Schwyz, Thurgau, Waadt and Zurich.
